Q1: Are you manufacturer or trading company? A: We are car care products manufacturer with 20 years experience, and specialize in producing lubricants, car clean and polish sprays, and home care & cleaning product.
Q2: Can l get a sample? A2: Yes,we can supply 2-3 samples for free, but as this is aerosol products with pressurized gas, it is dangerous goods, the courier cost is very high, say about USD 100-200 for 2kg parcels. And the freight cost need to be prepaid by customers.
Q3: What is your delivery time? A3: Generally 15 days for existing samples, within 30 days for mass pro-duction.
Q4: What is your terms of payment? A4:100% payment ifthe total price of goods is less than USD 5000.lf more than USD 5000, 50% as deposit and 50% as balance before delivery.
Q5: Do you inspect your products and can you offer related inspection reports? A5: Not only raw materials but also finished products, all must be strictly tested before use or beforedelivery. We provide MSDS, Stability Test Report and other reports or certificates issued by the third party can be offered as required.
